Your adventure begins in a majestic bamboo forest, whose peaceful atmosphere immediately invites you to unwind. As you follow the trail, you’ll discover remarkable endemic flora, rare species, and the secrets of this ecosystem—unique in the world—while learning about the efforts being made to preserve this exceptional natural heritage.

One of the highlights of this excursion is the encounter with the impressive giant banyan tree, an iconic tree whose spectacular roots bear witness to the power and richness of Polynesian nature.

📌 ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS

Cancellations :

– For cancellations made at least 72 hours before the activity, a full refund will be issued.
– For cancellations made between 72 hours and 12 hours before the activity, 50% of the total fee will be retained.
– For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the activity or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total fee will be retained.
– If the activity is cancelled by AOA Polynesian Forests due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
– Refunds will be processed by bank transfer within 14 days of the cancellation.

Weather conditions:

The water sports activities offered are subject to weather conditions.

The service provider reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a service if weather conditions do not allow for the safety of participants to be guaranteed, including strong winds, swells, storms, or in the event of an orange alert issued by Météo France.

In this case:

– The customer will be notified as soon as possible.
– A new date will be proposed based on availability.

The service provider cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from a cancellation or postponement due to adverse weather conditions.
