🌴On the island of Tahiti, in the municipality of Paea, the Mana’o distillery invites all rum lovers to enjoy an authentic experience at the heart of Polynesian craftsmanship. A true reflection of the local identity, Mana’o crafts rums full of character, inspired by the richness of the terroir and by a passion that is passed on through every stage of production. This immersive tour offers the chance to discover the world of a distillery that celebrates the traditions, flavours and excellence of Polynesian rum.🥃

Your experience begins with a welcome rum-based cocktail🥂 – choose between a traditional Ti-Punch or a refreshing pineapple Daiquiri Painapo🍍. In a friendly atmosphere, you will then learn about the distillery’s history, the origins of the Mana’o brand and the production methods for which it is renowned today. This presentation will give you a better understanding of the work involved in selecting raw materials, distillation techniques and the creation of the various vintages.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of the distillery’s five cuvées. Accompanied by a member of the team, you’ll learn to identify the aromas, distinctive traits and characteristics of each rum, whilst discovering the inspiration behind each creation. Fresh fruit and local crackers will be served alongside the tasting to enhance the flavours and make the experience even more enjoyable.🍾🍹

Throughout the session, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a special opportunity to chat with the passionate people who bring the distillery to life, ask questions and deepen your knowledge of the world of rum in Polynesia. You’ll also have access to the distillery shop, where you can find the brand’s various cuvées and products.

For those wishing to extend this convivial experience, it will be possible to order further cocktails directly at the bar or make purchases in the shop. However, these extras are at the participants’ own expense.
