Cancellations :

– Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled flight: 20% of the total amount will be retained
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight: 50% of the total amount will be retained
– Cancellation at departure time or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be retained
– A refund may be considered upon presentation of a medical certificate confirming the passenger is unable to take the flight

Weather and operational conditions:

Flights are subject to weather, air traffic, technical and operational conditions.

The service provider reserves the right to postpone or cancel a flight when conditions do not allow the activity to be operated safely.

In this case:

– The customer will be contacted as soon as possible
– A new flight time or date will be proposed according to availability and operational conditions
– If the flight cannot be rescheduled during the customer’s stay, the flight will be fully refunded
– No additional compensation will be granted in the event of cancellation or postponement by the service provider

Important information:

– No refund will be granted if the flight cannot be operated due to an undeclared excessive passenger weight
– Passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled flight time
– In case of late arrival, the flight duration may be reduced
– A delay of more than 30 minutes may result in cancellation of the flight without refund
– The pilot reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger showing signs of intoxication or being under the influence of drugs. No refund will be granted in such circumstances
– The flight itinerary cannot be modified during the sightseeing flight
