StayInn Travel is a local travel agency that grew out of StayInn Vacations, now the largest seasonal rental platform in French Polynesia with more than 300 partner accommodations.
What makes us unique is that we are the only travel agency to own our own accommodation platform, which grew out of our rental management business. This position allows us to offer exclusive access to accommodations that are verified and managed by our teams.

This company is terrific!! We rented 3 homes on our recent trip to Tahiti. We only used StayInn for the 2nd house on Taha'a. I wish I had used StayInn for all 3 homes. The other 2 properties were not as good or as organized as the ones StayInn Travel manages. Laurine, who is your main contact is amazing, dedicated, and very thorough. She will walk with you every step of the way. I know, as I pestered her a lot with questions! She has the patience of a saint! Best Travel Agency!
Laurine assisted us with the rental car, the ferry tickets, and tours. She has been fantastic, finding for us the best deals and tours. She is super responsive, including outside office hours. E.g., one of the tours got canceled because of the rain, and she quickly helped us in finding another one early in the morning. Highly recommended!

A Perfectly Curated Day in Taha’a Thanks to Laurine & Stayinn Travel 🙏🤍
We reached out to Laurine from Stayinn Travel after hearing amazing things and even though it was short notice, she organized one of the most memorable days of our entire honeymoon and birthday trip.
Laurine coordinated everything flawlessly and connected us with the most incredible tour guides. We started with a deep dive into the local culture visiting a vanilla farm, a pearl farm, and even a rum pastry shop. We got to experience the real Taha’a, far beyond the touristic way.
Then came the island magic: a dreamy private motu lunch with freshly cooked food, music, dancing, and the most crystal clear waters. We swam with sharks and stingrays and lived our full Moana fantasy. Every stop was beautifully curated. Laurine made everything seamless from start to finish. If you’re planning something special in French Polynesia and want to experience it for what it is, don’t think twice Stayinn Travel is the way to go.

- More than 42 days before the scheduled date:
The deposit for the accommodation may be refunded, minus the agency fees, which are always non-refundable.
- Between 42 and 30 days before the scheduled date:
The deposit is non-refundable.
If the full amount has already been paid, only the balance exceeding the deposit may be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the scheduled date, or in case of No-Show:
Cancellation fees amount to 100% of the total cost, and no refund can be issued.
Please note that reservation, booking, and agency fees are always non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure, StayInn Travel may, at its sole discretion, recognize the situation and offer a partial refund.
If you interrupt your stay after it has begun, and the service provider is not clearly proven responsible, no refund can be issued, except for the security deposit which will be returned according to the applicable conditions.

Airport transfers depend on the island and the type of accommodation you have booked.
On some islands—particularly the more remote ones—certain hosts and property owners include airport or pier transfers as part of their service.
For other accommodations, our packages generally include car rentals, ensuring flexibility and comfort throughout your stay.
If a rental car is not included in your package, it is highly recommended to rent one, both for getting to your private seasonal rental and for moving around the island conveniently.
If you are unsure whether transfers or car rentals apply to your booking, our team will be happy to confirm the options available for your stay.
