Welcome to Raiatea Beach House 1, a modern 50 m² bungalow located on the seafront on the East coast of Raiatea. It offers a peaceful and privileged setting, with no direct neighbours, with a private beach right in front of the accommodation. Here, you live to the rhythm of the lagoon, with your feet in the water.

This bungalow is ideal for 2 people (with the possibility of accommodating a baby under 2 years old, baby bed provided free of charge). The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and storage spaces. The comfortable and bright living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, television and fan. You also have a private bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

The fitted kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, hobs, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle and complete tableware. A covered terrace allows you to have your meals outdoors while enjoying the view and the softness of the seaside. A covered garage is also included.

You can also go hiking (Les Gabbros, Macaranga Ridges, Mount Temehani), explore Motu Iriru or go up the Faaroa River by kayak. Excursions, diving, fishing, jet skiing, guided hikes and cultural visits (vanilla plantations, pearl farms) will enrich your stay.

Airport or port pick-up with shopping stop in Uturoa is included in the stay.
