Welcome to Villa Aorail Hill & Pool, located in ARUE, on the main island of Tahiti, the Villa welcomes you in a verdant and soothing setting, with a spectacular and unobstructed view of the island of Moorea. Ideally located near the city centre, shops, restaurants and hotels, the villa is situated on the heights of the famous Belvedere, a place renowned for its breathtaking panoramas.

An exceptional property, spacious and private, fully enclosed and privatised, extends over 150 m² of living space in the heart of a vast 2,000 m² plot. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The large lush garden invites you to relax, stroll and contemplate the panoramic view of the lagoon. A cascade pool completes this idyllic setting, perfect for a family stay or with friends.

For hiking enthusiasts, there are a few trails to explore and discover for nature lovers, including Mount Aorai (a local guide is recommended for this hike)

The house consists of 3 bedrooms with storage space each and a standing fan:

– 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed

– 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

– 1 bedroom with 1 double bed

The villa has three modern bathrooms, each equipped with toilets, to ensure privacy and practicality for all occupants. For your comfort, towels are provided, along with shower gel and shampoo, available upon your arrival.

The kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. You will find:

-A large refrigerator with freezer

-An oven and a dishwasher for more convenience. Essential small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, kettle

All the dishes and utensils necessary for the preparation of your dishes Enjoy 2 dining spaces: Inside, in a fresh and relaxed atmosphere

Outdoors, under the covered terrace offering an exceptional view of nature and the lagoon. The ideal place to share meals with family or friends, in a friendly atmosphere.

A secure covered car park, capable of accommodating up to 3 vehicles, completes the external services

PS: It is possible to organise events on site (birthdays, weddings…) upon request after confirmation. The accommodation can host up to 40 people on site during the day (in addition from the 7th person, 2000 XPF/person/day but only 6 people will sleep on site)
