DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN TAHITI – THE PACIFIC QUEEN

Upon arrival at Tahiti Airport, pick up your rental car in the airport lobby and drive to your first self-catering accommodation in Papara, a 35-minute drive away.

 

ACCOMODATION : Located on the West coast of Tahiti, between the sea and the mountains, Tiamao Tipanier Sea View bungalow offers a peaceful and exotic setting. This traditional wooden bungalow charms guests with its simple and welcoming atmosphere, its terrace overlooking the lagoon, and its natural surroundings, perfect for relaxation.

The property enjoys a beautiful lagoonfront location, with a shared swimming pool, relaxing areas, and a Fare Pote, ideal for enjoying sunsets. The bungalow does not have a kitchen area, but it allows guests to store and reheat simple meals. Several restaurants are available nearby in the commune of Papara.

From swimming and relaxation to hiking, water activities, local culture, and Polynesian gastronomy, Tahiti offers a wide range of experiences for an authentic and rejuvenating holiday.

DAY 2 – TAHITI SPECIAL CULTURAL TOUR, FLOWER-WEAVING INITIATION AND LUNCH WITH A LOCAL FAMILY - 7H

Discover Tahiti in a different way through a cultural excursion combining history, nature and Polynesian traditions.

This tour invites you to explore several of the island’s emblematic sites, including the Royal Cemetery of Arue and the Tomb of King Pomare, both reflecting the history of the Polynesian dynasty. You will also discover the famous Pointe Vénus, a historic site linked to the first explorers, as well as the Blowhole and the beautiful Three Waterfalls, among Tahiti’s most remarkable natural landscapes.

The experience will continue at your host’s home, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. You will be welcomed with music by the Coco Show group and enjoy a cultural immersion into local traditions, including floral weaving and pareo-tying workshops.

A lunch with a local family will complete this experience, featuring fresh fish, the traditional dessert po’e, and a glass of wine, beer or punch. An ideal excursion combining heritage, encounters, scenery and Polynesian culture.

DAY 4 - DISCOVER THE ISLAND BY CAR

Discover Tahiti at your own pace with your rental car. This spectacular island is where the power of volcanic mountains meets the softness of a crystal-clear lagoon. Covered in lush tropical vegetation, Tahiti reveals contrasting landscapes, from green valleys and waterfalls to black sand beaches, coral reefs, and lagoons in endless shades of blue.

Enjoy the freedom to explore the island independently: hike through dramatic mountain scenery, swim in rivers and waterfalls, relax on beautiful beaches, go snorkeling in the lagoon, or swim with rays and sharks. Take time to enjoy local restaurants, visit the vibrant Papeete Market, and discover iconic sites such as Point Venus, its lighthouse, historic landmarks, surf spots, and the island’s famous black and white sand beaches.

With its mix of nature, culture, ocean activities, and scenic roads, Tahiti offers a rich and unforgettable island experience.

DAY 5 – BOAT EXCURSION TO THE PENINSULA AND TEAHUPOO WAVE – 4H

Discover the natural and cultural treasures of Tahiti’s peninsula on an unforgettable excursion. Explore the legendary Teahupo’o surf spot, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, and venture into the wild Fenua Aihere. Admire the spectacular Te Pari cliffs, swim in rivers, explore caves, and enjoy breathtaking scenery before ending the day with a local refreshment.

DAY 5 – DEPARTURE FOR MOOREA, SISTER ISLAND

From the Papeete ferry terminal, take your car and board the ferry to Moorea in less than an hour and drive to your accommodation in Tiahura. Hiking through lush valleys and pineapple fields, swimming with rays and sharks, or simply relaxing on the white sandy beaches – Moorea has it all. 

 

ACCOMMODATION : Stay in Tiahura and enjoy a cozy bungalow just steps from Moorea’s lagoon. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, it features an air-conditioned bedroom, a living room with sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the terrace or enjoy direct access to Les Tipaniers Beach. Perfect for a peaceful island getaway combining sun, sea, and relaxation.

DAY 6 – DISCOVER THE ISLAND BY CAR

Moorea is a lush mountainous island surrounded by a coral reef and a turquoise lagoon. While its nightlife remains quiet and relaxed, the island offers a wide range of daytime activities and discoveries.

Explore beautiful beaches such as Temae, Tipaniers, Ta’ahiamanu, and Tiahura, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing by the lagoon. Drive along the scenic roads of Cook and Opunohu bays, and stop at the Toatea viewpoint for breathtaking views over the island and its crystal-clear waters.

One of Moorea’s must-see experiences is the famous sandbank, where you can observe and swim with stingrays and blacktip reef sharks in shallow turquoise water. You can also visit the Rotui juice factory and distillery, discover local products at Moorea’s agricultural school, enjoy the island’s golf course set between lagoon and mountains, or admire the famous Haapiti surf spot, well known among experienced surfers.

DAY 7 – WHALE WATCHING AND SWIMMING EXCURSION

From july to november, whale watching is one of the must-do excursions in Polynesia. You will set off across the lagoon, with the chance to spot dolphins, turtles, and sharks along the way.

You will then head out into the open ocean to try to approach humpback whales, which come to the warm waters of Polynesia to give birth and raise their calves. Observe these majestic marine mammals as they move through the water, admire the young calves breaching, and watch the whales’ powerful blows rising from the surface.

When conditions allow, you may also have the opportunity to enter the water and swim near these incredible creatures, under the supervision of your guides. Throughout the tour, your passionate guides will share fascinating information about whales, their behavior, and their natural environment.

DAY 8 – FREE DAY

Enjoy this day at your own pace, whether relaxing on the beach or heading out for a scenic hike.

DAY 9 – DEPARTURE FOR MAUPITI, THE SMALL PEARL

From Moorea, you will take the ferry with your car back to Tahiti Airport. You will then fly to Maupiti, known as “Little Bora Bora,” where you will be welcomed at the airport by your host.

 

ACCOMMODATION : Treat yourself to an idyllic stay in a garden bungalow nestled on a preserved motu in the south of Maupiti. It features a Queen-size bed and two single beds, as well as a private shower room.

Just five minutes by boat from the main island, this guesthouse invites you to enjoy a complete change of scenery, surrounded by a turquoise lagoon and lush nature. Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy an intimate and authentic setting, and let yourself be charmed by the gentle Polynesian way of life.

Whether you wish to explore the underwater world, savour local specialities or simply relax on the white sand, every moment promises an unforgettable experience in the heart of paradise.

DAY 10 – BOAT EXCURSION, MANTA RAYS & MOTU LUNCH

Set off for an unforgettable day exploring Maupiti, combining lagoon discovery, culture, and Polynesian traditions. Observe stingrays and majestic manta rays, then explore a beautiful coral garden during a snorkeling session.

The excursion continues with a cultural discovery of the island, offering insight into Maupiti’s history, traditions, and local heritage. Lunch is served on a motu, in a paradise setting perfect for relaxation.

In the afternoon, enjoy traditional activities such as copra preparation and javelin throwing, for an authentic immersion into Polynesian culture.

Snorkeling equipment is provided. A friendly and enriching excursion in a small group of up to 12 passengers.

DAY 11 – FREE DAY

Maupiti is a preserved and authentic island, often considered Bora Bora’s little sister. Here, there is no mass tourism and no large hotels: the island offers a peaceful atmosphere, a magnificent lagoon and a true immersion into the Polynesia of the past. The infrastructure is simple, with a few family-run guesthouses and small grocery stores. Getting around is mainly done by bicycle or on foot.

  • Start with a lagoon excursion, an absolute must in Maupiti. You will discover crystal-clear waters, wild motus and may have the chance to swim with manta rays in a beautifully preserved setting.
  • Enjoy Tereia Beach, the most beautiful beach on the island, with its white sand and shallow waters. At low tide, it is possible to walk across to Motu Auira, a truly unique experience.
  • Hike up Mount Teurafaatiu, a short but fairly challenging trail offering exceptional panoramic views over the entire lagoon.
  • Explore the main village and meet the locals for an authentic immersion into a simple, warm and welcoming way of life.
  • Discover the archaeological sites and marae, which bear witness to Polynesian history and traditions.
  • Set off to explore the motus by kayak or outrigger canoe, and enjoy untouched landscapes and absolute tranquillity.
  • Finally, savour the local cuisine at your guesthouse or in small food trucks, and discover simple, family-style dishes typical of Polynesia.

DAY 12 - DEPARTURE FOR BORA BORA, THE PEARL OF THE PACIFIC

Arriving at the airport, you’ll take the free public boat shuttle to the main island, where you’ll pick up your rental car just a 1-minute walk from the dock. You’ll reach your accommodation independently.

 

ACCOMMODATION : Stay in a 36 m² Overwater Bungalow with Lagoon View, featuring a 27 m² terrace overlooking the most beautiful lagoon in the world. Watch the fish swimming in the turquoise waters beneath your feet, and enjoy breathtaking views of countless shades of blue from your spacious terrace.

Each bungalow features a bedroom with a King-size bed, a spacious living area with modern comforts — including two flat-screen TVs, air conditioning and internet access — as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub.

DAY 13 - PRIVATE BOAT EXCURSION WITH COCO CHAMPAGNE

Hop aboard a spacious and comfortable boat for a 3-hour snorkeling adventure in small groups, designed to let you discover the island’s most stunning underwater wonders with a bottle of Coco Champagne  !

Swim among tropical fish, clownfish, and explore vibrant coral gardens. Encounter majestic manta rays and graceful leopard rays during this exceptional and complete itinerary.

Your passionate guide will share fascinating insights into the island’s formation, marine species, and Polynesian traditions. Throughout the tour, you’ll stop at carefully selected snorkeling sites to admire the best of Bora Bora’s marine biodiversity.

DAY 14 - DISCOVER THE ISLAND BY CAR

Explore Bora Bora at your own pace with your rental car. You can explore the center of the island by hiking through easy trails that offer breathtaking panoramic views, or relax on the paradisiacal Matira Beach! Take a tour around the island and stop at the local market in Vaitape to discover local crafts.

Between nature, culture, and luxury, Bora Bora offers a multitude of unforgettable experiences for a unique stay in the heart of paradise.

DAY 15 - DEPARTURE FOR TIKEHAU - THE PACIFIC AQUARIUM

From Bora Bora airport fly to the Tuamotu archipelago to discover the island of Tikehau, a small paradise at the end of the world.
Your host will meet you at the airport and drive you to your lagoon-side home.

 

ACCOMMODATION: You’ll be staying in an individual Polynesian bungalow, with a bedroom for up to 3 people, a bathroom with hot water, and a private terrace overlooking the beach and lagoon. Breakfast and dinner are provided by your host. You’ll enjoy seafood, seasonal tropical fruits and traditional Tahitian recipes, such as the unmissable raw fish in coconut milk.
The beach will be your favorite spot! Take advantage of the specially equipped relaxation areas with deckchairs, discover the lagoon by snorkeling or with the kayaks at your disposal, and live the full experience of “Home of the Quiet World” on this atoll where time seems to stand still!

DAY 16 - DISCOVER THE ATOLL ON YOUR OWN

Tikehau, Polynesia’s paradise atoll in the Tuamotus archipelago, described by Captain Cousteau as the world’s fishiest lagoon. You’ll discover a unique environment, cut off from the rest of the world, with an incredible lagoon and rare, highly prized marine species.

On the main motu, you’ll find tourist accommodation, the airport, a marina with a snack bar for lunch or dinner and a mini-market. On the rest of the island, you’ll find the locals’ homes and beaches for relaxing and snorkeling. You’ll appreciate this haven of peace and its unique “mana”, its energies that you won’t find anywhere else.

On the program: relaxation, diving, encounters with impressive marine life and sharing beautiful moments with the island’s inhabitants. Discover the authenticity of a true Polynesian atoll!

DAY 17 - LAGOON DISCOVERY BY BOAT, MANTA RAYS & MOTU LUNCH - 8H

This amazing tour includes a snorkeling session with majestic manta rays, a demonstration of traditional Polynesian fishing techniques, and a guided walk on the famous Bird Island, ending with a tasting of fresh coconut donuts, chilled coconut water, and local refreshments.

Then, head to a wild motu for a delicious local lunch, featuring grilled lagoon and deep-sea fish, raw fish in coconut milk, ipo (coconut bread), po’e (pumpkin and banana pudding), and coconut rice. Drinks include water, tropical juice, and fresh coconut. For dessert: creamy coconut flan.

In the afternoon, enjoy a snorkeling session in Tikehau’s one and only pass, where you’ll encounter even more fascinating marine life in this one-of-a-kind atoll.

DAY 18 - DEPARTURE FOR FAKARAVA - THE END OF THE WORLD

From Tikehau airport, you’ll fly to a second island in the Tuamotu archipelago, Fakarava.
You’ll be met at the airport by your host and driven to the guesthouse, where you’ll settle into your beach bungalow.

 

ACCOMMODATION: Stay in North Fakarava in a 25 m² beach bungalow, combining comfort, simplicity, and Polynesian charm in an idyllic setting. Ideally located on the lagoonfront, it features a private terrace with spectacular views over the turquoise waters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the Tuamotu Islands.

This guesthouse, composed of 10 bungalows, offers a warm and authentic atmosphere. Each bungalow is equipped with a Queen-size bed, one single bed, and a private bathroom with hot water, ensuring a simple and comfortable stay.

Half-board is included throughout your stay. Enjoy your meals at the restaurant or with your feet in the water, at tables set directly in the lagoon, in a truly unique setting, sometimes accompanied by the peaceful nurse sharks that like to swim nearby.

 

DAY 19 - TETAMANU SOUTH PASS & PINK SANDS ADVENTURE – 8H

Set off for a memorable day in the heart of Fakarava’s lagoon. After a scenic boat ride of around 1.5 hours, reach the famous Tumakohua South Pass, one of the most spectacular snorkeling sites in Polynesia.

Enjoy an unforgettable underwater experience among grey reef sharks, blacktip and whitetip reef sharks, Napoleon fish, and colorful tropical marine life in a preserved UNESCO-listed environment.

The day continues with a stop at the iconic Pink Sands, a stunning natural site with soft pastel-colored sand and crystal-clear waters. A local picnic will be served on site, featuring fresh Polynesian flavors and seasonal products.

After lunch, relax at your own pace with swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the beauty of this exceptional lagoon setting before returning in the afternoon.

DAY 20 - DISCOVERY OF FAKARAVA'S ATOLL

During your free days, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities that combine relaxation and exploration for the whole family. Let yourself be enchanted by the crystal-clear waters while kayaking, an ideal activity to explore the lagoons and their colorful coral reefs. Discover the underwater world with a mask and snorkel, meeting rays, sharks, and tropical fish. If you prefer cycling, take a bike ride to explore the island at your own pace and immerse yourself in the wild landscapes and fine sandy beaches.

For the more adventurous, try scuba diving for a unique immersion in one of the most beautiful atolls in the world, teeming with marine life. Hop on a boat for a sea excursion, where you’ll have the chance to meet dolphins and sea turtles.

DAY 21 - LAST DAY BEFORE RETURN FLIGHT

Enjoy your final morning in Tahiti with one last swim in the beautiful lagoon.

Take some time to browse the local shops and pick up your last souvenirs before heading to the airport for your return flight home.
