No cancellation will be taken into account unless it is submitted in writing (registered letter or email). The date on which the cancellation is received determines the applicable cancellation terms. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the service will be cancelled and StayInn Travel may immediately offer it for resale.
• Cancellation made more than 42 days before the scheduled date of the service:
Refund of the deposit received for the nights, minus agency fees, which are retained.
• Cancellation made between 42 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of the service:
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If the full amount of the service has been paid, the deposit that is normally required is retained, and the remaining amount is refunded.
• Cancellation made between 30 days and the scheduled date of the service:
Cancellation fees amount to 100% of the total cost of the service.
In all cases of cancellation, whatever the reason, administrative, agency, or booking fees are always non-refundable.
Force majeure:
Force majeure refers to an event that is unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond one’s control. StayInn Travel reserves the sole right to determine whether a case qualifies as force majeure. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered.
Interruption during the service
If the service is interrupted by the client:
If the responsibility of the service provider in charge of the interrupted service is not clearly established, with supporting evidence, no refund will be issued, except for the security deposit (refunded according to the terms defined in the CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATION, INTERRUPTION AND CANCELLATION above).
If the interruption during the service is not due to force majeure and is caused by StayInn Travel, its representative, or its service provider:
The client may choose either to reschedule the service to a later date at no additional cost, or to cancel it.
If the client chooses to cancel, they will receive a full refund prorated to the unused portion of the service.
