The kayaks are designed for a maximum of 2 people. Participants from the same booking will therefore be paired according to the number of people registered. If there is an odd number of participants, one person will paddle alone in a double kayak.

The service provider reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a service if weather conditions do not allow for the safety of participants to be guaranteed, including heavy rain, storms, high river levels, or in the event of an orange alert issued by Météo France.

In this case:

– The customer will be notified as soon as possible.
– A new date will be proposed based on availability.
– If rescheduling is not possible, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, with no further compensation.
