– Cancellation at least 72 hours before the activity: 100% refund
– Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before the activity: 50% refund
– No refund will be granted after this period

The service provider reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund in the event of dangerous weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants required to operate the activity is not reached.

In this case:

– The customer will be notified as soon as possible.
– A new date will be proposed based on availability.

The service provider cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from a cancellation or postponement due to adverse weather conditions.
