TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE VENTA

StayInn Travel se reserva el derecho de cobrar y deducir del depósito de garantía cualquier hora adicional de limpieza que sea necesaria.

Producto/Servicio: Todo alojamiento, estancia, actividad, servicio, etc., ofrecido de forma individual o en paquete todo incluido por StayInn Travel o por uno de sus proveedores.
Cliente/Viajero: Toda persona física o jurídica que solicite, compre o reserve un producto ofrecido por StayInn Travel.
Proveedor de servicios: Toda persona física o jurídica que presta un servicio (alojamiento, prestación de servicios, etc.) a través de StayInn Travel. Es plena y exclusivamente responsable de su servicio.
Anuncio: Información que detalla todas las características de un producto. Puede ser digital o impresa, en cualquier soporte utilizado por StayInn Travel.
Sitio web: El sitio web de StayInn Travel accesible en www.StayInn.Travel, incluyendo todos los sub-sitios y URLs relacionadas, así como todos los canales de comunicación digitales, web o impresos (redes sociales, anuncios clasificados, sitios web de socios, revistas, etc.).
Reserva / Expediente / Gastos de agencia: Importe fijo por reserva que varía según el/los producto(s) seleccionado(s). El mínimo no podrá ser inferior a 4.530 XPF.


OBJETO

Las presentes condiciones generales definen las condiciones de venta de los productos ofrecidos por StayInn Travel o sus proveedores. Establecen las condiciones para la compra de servicios turísticos en línea, a través de redes sociales, por teléfono o mediante cualquier canal de venta utilizado por StayInn Travel.
Se comunican al Cliente antes de cualquier compromiso. El Cliente acepta cumplirlas plenamente.
Cada producto se vende por una duración específica y bajo las condiciones aquí descritas. Pueden aplicarse condiciones especiales adicionales en caso de aplazamiento o modificación. En ausencia de condiciones especiales, se aplicarán las presentes condiciones generales, teniendo en cuenta la fecha original del producto antes de cualquier modificación.


DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

STAYINN TRAVEL LLC (SARL), R.C.S. PAPEETE TPI 21 32 B (E 10924), BP 41794 FARE TONY 98713 PAPEETE, holds a travel agency license (License A) issued by the Government of French Polynesia (DECREE No. 441 PR of May 18, 2022), and financial protection through SOCREDO Bank.
Booking a product, regardless of the sales channel, implies full acceptance of these terms by the Client.

Product descriptions are available on StayInn Travel’s website. In case a product does not match its description due to omissions, hidden defects, breakdowns, or changes caused by the service provider, StayInn Travel cannot be held liable.
StayInn Travel is not responsible for any changes in a product, its environment, or availability that were not communicated by the service provider.

Additional terms may apply from the service provider; they will be indicated on the Client’s invoice or upon arrival.


BOOKING AND PRICING

All products are booked via StayInn Travel’s websites or at its agencies. Pricing is indicative and may be modified at any time.
The final amount is shown on the final invoice and/or booking confirmation email.

Unless indicated otherwise, final quotes are valid for 24h and subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. StayInn Travel receives full payment of the deposit indicated on the listing or quote, and
  2. A confirmation email is sent.
    Both conditions are mandatory.

Any payment of a deposit automatically implies full acceptance of these terms by the Client and all members of their group.

Full payment is required immediately for reservations made after the cancellation deadline.

Unless specified otherwise, special offers, all-inclusive packages, and promotional rates are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and non-cancelable.

Pricing Errors:
If, due to human or technical error, a displayed or invoiced price is abnormally low compared to the product’s actual value, StayInn Travel may cancel the reservation without fees. The Client may rebook at the correct rate.

Travel Documents:
All documents related to the reserved service will be sent digitally.


SECURITY DEPOSIT

Some products require a security deposit, indicated in the product description and booking documents.

Any damage, negligence, misuse, loss, or theft of provided equipment will be charged to the Client and deducted from the deposit.
The Client is also responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Charges will be calculated using a standardized depreciation scale.

StayInn Travel cannot be held liable in case of theft or vandalism during the stay.

Deposits may be paid in full or taken as a credit card pre-authorization. StayInn Travel does not store banking data; they are stored securely by the payment provider.
By booking, the Client expressly authorizes StayInn Travel to debit the card for any damages, unpaid extras, or costs incurred.

Refund of the deposit (after deductions) will occur within 1 month after departure. A minimum service fee of 10% (excl. tax) applies to all deductions. If the deposit is insufficient, the Client must pay the balance within 5 business days.


CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client must follow all instructions before and during the service.
They must hold liability insurance covering damage caused to others or property. They may subscribe to insurance offered by StayInn Travel if eligible.

Any illegal activity (noise disturbances, drugs, trafficking, gambling, invalid travel documents, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the Client, who releases StayInn Travel from all liability.


CONDITIONS FOR “ACCOMMODATION” SERVICES

1. Duration

Arrival and departure times must be respected. Late arrivals must be communicated 24h in advance, otherwise delays over 1 hour may be charged 50€ (5,990 XPF).

2. Rental Conditions

Properties must be used peacefully and for residential or holiday purposes only.
Events (parties, receptions, gatherings…) require written approval. Otherwise, the security deposit may be fully retained as compensation.

A cleaning fee is included (included or extra), covering only standard cleaning. Excessive cleaning will be charged.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited unless expressly allowed.

Nuisances (noise, odors, improper conduct, equipment brought by the client, etc.) are forbidden. Co-ownership rules apply.

Unless otherwise approved in writing:

  • Maximum number of guests must match the listing.
  • Sub-leasing is prohibited.
  • Tents, caravans, and animals are not allowed.

3. Check-in Inventory

If no inventory is done upon arrival, the Client has 4 hours to report issues. After this time, the rental is considered problem-free.

Damage or losses will be reported within 15 days.

Linen replacement costs:

A minimum of 25€ (2,983 XPF) applies to any linen charge.

5. Environmental Responsibility & Utility Allowances

Electricity is included under a daily allowance depending on the number of rooms. Overages are billed 100 XPF/kWh.

Water consumption is included, with tariffs varying by geographic zone.
Gas and internet are included unless stated otherwise.

Charcoal is not included.


MODIFICATION, INTERRUPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

No-Show

100% of the service price is due.

Modifications

  • Until 42 days before the service: no fee.
  • Within 42 days: a 50€ (5,990 XPF) processing fee may apply.
    Changes depend on availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or registered mail).

Refund conditions:
More than 42 days before: deposit refunded minus agency fees.
42–30 days before: deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee.

Agency fees are always non-refundable.

Force majeure:
StayInn Travel decides case validity. Partial refunds may be granted.

Interruption

No refund for a client-initiated interruption unless service provider responsibility is proven.

If StayInn Travel interrupts a service (not due to force majeure), the Client may reschedule or be refunded proportionally.


CONDITIONS FOR FLIGHT & BOAT SERVICES

Availability of flights and accommodations can only be guaranteed for 24 hours. After that, they may change.
Even after approval of the itinerary or quote, adjustments may be required due to airline schedules, inter-island ferry schedules, or availability changes.

The agency is not responsible for airline cancellations, modifications, or tariff increases (including airport taxes).

Until tickets are issued, prices remain indicative and may change. Supplements may apply.

The global price of the trip may be adjusted depending on new availability at final confirmation.

StayInn Travel will propose equivalent alternatives when possible (changing order of islands, adjusting number of nights, substituting accommodations, etc.).

Logistics in French Polynesia are complex; the agency will do its best to ensure smooth travel.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking, the Client (and any accompanying individuals) accepts these terms unconditionally.

The Client releases StayInn Travel from liability for any accidents, damages, injuries, or losses involving persons, animals, vehicles, or items provided during the stay.

The Client acknowledges the inherent risks of using equipment and vehicles, and waives any claims against StayInn Travel.


DISPUTES

Any complaint must be submitted promptly to StayInn Travel, which will attempt amicable resolution.
Failing this, disputes will be settled by the competent authorities under French Polynesian law.
